Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

1. Subscription Management
All subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store.
You can:
Cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings
Continue to use paid features until the end of the billing period
2. Refunds
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not by Commit.
To request a refund:
Visit Apple’s “Report a Problem” page
Follow Apple’s refund request process
We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
3. Trials
If a free trial is offered:
You will be charged automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel before it expires
Trial length is displayed at signup
4. Disputes
If you experience a billing issue, unexpected charge, or technical problem:
First, contact us at info@app-commit.info
If unresolved, you may escalate the issue through Apple’s support channels
5. Changes
We reserve the right to update pricing, plans, or policies with reasonable notice, in accordance with App Store rules.
