Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

1. Subscription Management

All subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store.

You can:

  • Cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings

  • Continue to use paid features until the end of the billing period

2. Refunds

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not by Commit.

To request a refund:

  • Visit Apple’s “Report a Problem” page

  • Follow Apple’s refund request process

We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

3. Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will be charged automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel before it expires

  • Trial length is displayed at signup

4. Disputes

If you experience a billing issue, unexpected charge, or technical problem:

  • First, contact us at info@app-commit.info

  • If unresolved, you may escalate the issue through Apple’s support channels

5. Changes

We reserve the right to update pricing, plans, or policies with reasonable notice, in accordance with App Store rules.
