By downloading, accessing, or using the Commit mobile application and related services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Commit is a self-discipline and accountability application designed to provide reminders, prompts, and motivational content. Commit does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Commit. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service

  • Misuse notifications or features in a way that harms others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Commit may offer paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing periods, and trial terms are shown at the point of purchase.

Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store your payment information.

6. No Guarantees

Commit is a tool for self-improvement. We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or behavioral change. Your progress depends entirely on your personal choices and actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
